Dg10 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Rules
This document sets out the terms of use for the dg10 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated below.

1. Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the dg10 platform — including the website, mobile app, and all related services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these terms and conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of this document, you must stop using the platform immediately. dg10 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically.
Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For enquiries related to these terms, users may contact the dg10 support team via the official email address listed in the support section.

- All transactions in Malaysian Ringgit (RM)
- Platform governed by Malaysian law
2. Account Creation & Security
- Users must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the dg10 platform.
- Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account. Multiple accounts may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.
- Information provided during registration — including full name, phone number, and payment details — must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Dg10 reserves the right to request additional identity verification at any time as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.
- Users are solely responsible for keeping their password and login credentials confidential.
- Any activity carried out through your account is considered your own action, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to dg10.
- Do not share your password or allow anyone else to access your account. Accounts are non-transferable.
- If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact dg10 support immediately.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use the dg10 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Strictly prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:
- Using automation software, bots, or third-party scripts to interact with the platform.
- Attempting to hack, infiltrate, or disrupt dg10's systems, servers, or networks.
- Spreading false, misleading, or fraudulent information to the platform or other users.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Exploiting any bugs or technical vulnerabilities within the platform — users who discover such issues are required to report them to dg10 immediately.
- Placing claims or bets that are contrary to the established game rules.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure without prior notice, as well as the forfeiture of any outstanding balances or unprocessed winnings.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
Deposit
All deposits into a dg10 account are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The platform accepts local Malaysian payment methods including FPX, TNG eWallet, and other methods listed in the platform's deposit section. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set according to the chosen payment method and are subject to change from time to time.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests are processed within the standard processing times stated on the platform. dg10 reserves the right to request identity verification before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, except in specific cases approved by the dg10 finance team.
Rejected Transactions
Dg10 reserves the right to hold, suspend, or cancel any transaction suspected of breaching these terms, including those linked to fraudulent activity or attempted money laundering. In such cases, the user will be contacted via their registered channel.

5. Liability Limits, Account Policies & Intellectual Property
Dg10 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions caused by technical factors, extraordinary events, or system maintenance. The platform is provided "as is" and dg10 makes no guarantees regarding continuous, uninterrupted availability.
Dg10's maximum total liability to any user under any circumstance shall not exceed the amount of the active deposit balance in that user's account at the time the claim is made.
Dg10 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts for the following reasons: breach of terms of use, suspected fraud, use of multiple accounts, false registration information, or at the user's own request. Users whose accounts are closed due to fraud are not entitled to claim any remaining balance.
For account closures requested by the user, any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once all security checks are completed.
All content on the dg10 platform — including logos, text, graphics, interfaces, software code, and trade names — is the exclusive property of dg10 or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from dg10.
The dg10 platform may contain links to third-party services. dg10 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved through the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
